Wow! I got to see Skippy In Lee's Summitt!

The Blade's Jim Drew wrote: "For those of us with the 'limited access'
credentials that couldn't get us on the convention floor, the streets were an
option. And the guerrilla reporters found by far the most important and
interesting story. In the age of international terrorism, the patriotic right
of political dissent in the United States is in crisis."

That was from the last article cut and pasted from the comment box.
Bubba, Muffy, Lillian, Jae and five of my other readers need to see how Bush is taking away so many of our freedoms (esp free speech!) The other day after a fitful night sleep and getting kicked out by Muffy, I decided to check out the Bublican get together at the Lee's Summit High School. I asked a cop if I could see the speech with out a ticket and then a nice Republican gave me a ticket! The sad thing is so many are nice and so poorly informed :() Walking through a couple tiers of security. I almost felt like I was in the airport going to another country!
They asked me to take off my sweater so they could see if I had something that disagreed with neo conservatives on the back of my shirt. They will not allow protests at his speeches but Kerry believes in free speech so you don't get arrested if you heckle or lose your jobs like a teacher and others that disagreed with Skippy Bush!

I will elaborate and of course edit this little essay of seeing little George w. about 50 yards from me. I know he has many of the symptoms of ADD but I wouldn't vote for myself as president. God forbid! (the Republican God, of course!) Beside almost acting dyslexic when he tries to read something and then you notice he forgets to put on the Connecticut Texan good ole boy drawl! He looks away from what Cousin Karl wrote for him for homework last night, and then he sees if he can remember what to say. He goes extra heavy on the Bubba Texan voice especially when he was emphasizing a lie!

(this will be continued later when I can find the notes that I missplaced)

  1. I like it. I hope you find your notes, and we want to hear more about your undercover work at the rally. I missed the news coverage of the emergency meeting the LS school board had to call to deal with all the angry parents. If one of my daughters went to LSHS instead of LSNHS, I would have been there protesting. I also didn't like the way they kept Kerry/3rd party kids, who went to school that day, in the lecture hall for so long but, I was glad to see the counter-demonstration get so much air time on the local news.
